1 What is the cost to attend this event?

There are a variety of registration package options. Registration includes attendance to technical conference sessions and onsite networking events. Additional registration fees apply for special events and training courses.

2 Who can attend the event?

You do not have to be an ISA member to attend, and it is open to the general public. However, for more information on ISA membership, visit: www.isa.org/membership.

3 In addition to attending, are there corporate exhibit or sponsorship opportunities available to take advantage of and provide a promotional footprint for my company?

5 Do I need to download or install any applications to be able to attend this event?

Downloading the official ISA Events App is highly recommended. Please follow these steps to download the app on your phone:
  • To download the ISA Events App, visit your Google Play Store or Apple Store and search for: ISA Events
  • Once installed, open the app and tap on the app icon to launch it on your phone.
  • On the Welcome page enter your email address, then select ‘Sign In’ *You will need to input the email address used when you registered for the event. No password is required. *

6 How do I review the recorded sessions after the event?

Once the on-demand presentations are available, login instructions will be emailed to registrants who purchased a conference pass as well as the post-event recording and virtual tradeshow pass. Google Chrome and/or Firefox are the recommended browsers.

7 What if something comes up and I can’t attend the live event? Can I still participate?

Yes, the conference recordings will be available to all registered attendees following the live event, so you can still listen to the content on-demand, have access to the platform and not miss a beat. However, you must register ahead of time to access the content.

8 How long will the on-demand content be available online after the event concludes?

The on-demand content will be hosted for 30 days following the live event to all registered attendees. You just login with your same credentials from the live event until the deadline.

9 Can I receive a certificate of completion for attending?

Participants can obtain a certificate of completion with PDH credit for each session attended. You must fully attend each session to be able to download your individual certificates in your event profile. For those registered for the live, onsite technical training courses, a certificate of completion will be provided to those students who attend the entire class, eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
